Refund Process: 3.1. Clients seeking a refund due to cancellation must submit a written request to the Agency, stating the reason for cancellation and providing relevant details. 3.2. The Agency will assess the refund request and determine its eligibility based on the terms outlined in this Refund Policy and the service agreement. 3.3. If the cancellation request is approved, the Agency will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days of approval.
